Position Summary:
The Polishing Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Polishing Department, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role provides leadership, training, and support to team members while coordinating workflow to maximize efficiency and maintain high-quality craftsmanship. The Polishing Production Manager serves as a key resource for problem-solving, employee development, and continuous process improvement within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily production activities within the Polishing Department to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Assigns work, monitors workflow, and adjusts staffing or priorities as needed to meet production demands.
- Provides training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to support skill development and departmental success.
- Monitors productivity, quality, and turnaround times to ensure departmental goals and company standards are achieved.
- Conducts quality inspections and addresses concerns to maintain consistency
- Assists team members with technical questions, troubleshooting, and challenges.

This role is responsible for polishing and finishing jewelry pieces by smoothing metal surfaces and preparing items for final inspection. This role requires the skilled use of a polishing wheel and other finishing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Polishes and finishes jewelry pieces using polishing wheels, brushes, and other finishing tools.
- Smooths rough or uneven metal surfaces to achieve desired finish and prepare items for the next stage of production.
- Uses appropriate compounds and tools to achieve consistent finish.
- Inspects each piece before and after polishing to ensure surfaces are free from scratches, dents, or imperfections.
- Adheres to quality control standards and identifies pieces that do not meet company specifications.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace, keeping tools and equipment in proper working order.
- Follows all safety procedures when using polishing equipment, compounds, and protective gear.

Position Summary:
The Certified Watchmaker is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and restoring a wide range of timepieces in accordance with manufacturer standards and company quality expectations. This role requires technical expertise, precision, and attention to detail when handling customer watches and performing intricate repairs. The Certified Watchmaker plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining the integrity of valuable timepieces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and restoration of mechanical, automatic, quartz, and other timepieces.
- Disassembles, cleans, repairs, lubricates, reassembles, and adjusts watch movements according to manufacturer specifications.
- Identifies worn, damaged, or defective components and replaces parts as necessary.
- Conducts quality control inspections and testing to ensure proper functionality, accuracy, and performance of repaired watches.
- Documents repair findings, services performed, and parts utilized in the company’s systems.
- Handles customer watches with care and follows all security and inventory control procedures related to high-value items.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Stays current on industry trends, manufacturer updates, and technical repair techniques.

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering information from incoming customer work orders into the internal system. Although this role does not involve direct customer interaction, it plays a key behind-the-scenes role in supporting the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputs data from customer work orders into the company’s system, ensuring all relevant details are correctly documented.
- Handles and inspects physical jewelry items to ensure accurate correlation with the corresponding work orders.
- Reviews submitted documentation for completeness and flags any missing or unclear information for internal follow-up.

The Bench Jeweler within the Sizing Department is responsible for fabricating metal as well as altering and soldering rings per customer instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews work order materials to ensure consistency between the product and the customer’s order.
- Applies the correct pricing for the tasks required per the work order.
- Bends and manipulates metal into desired shape and size per work instructions.
- Assembles rings together using torches and soldering equipment.
- Uses a broad range of established tools such as hand tools, rotary tools, and magnifying instruments.
- Monitors the quality of incoming metals and materials to meet production standards and flags any product that does not meet those standards.
- Ensures compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all operations.
- Learns additional skills and tasks required by other roles within the sizing department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performs stone setting and stone tightening on various types of jewelry using appropriate techniques and tools.
- Repairs loose, damaged, or missing stones, ensuring they are secure and aligned to the highest quality standards.
- Handles each piece with care, paying close attention to its design, structure, and any existing wear or damage.
- Uses magnification tools such as microscopes and loupes for precision work.
- Inspects jewelry items before and after work to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Accurately tracks and documents stones being used or replaced, including type, size, and quantity.
- Verifies stone information on work orders and communicates discrepancies or shortages.
- Maintains a secure, organized inventory of loose stones and components.

part of the repair process. - Performs final inspection on each piece to confirm that all work has been completed to
specifications. - Ensures the structural integrity and appearance of each piece meets or exceeds quality
expectations. - Maintains a clean and organized workstation, including proper storage of tools and

Position Summary:
The Inspector within the Quality Control department is responsible for inspecting jewelry and confirming that all products are aligned with their work orders along with delegating which department the product should go next.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs stone setting and stone tightening on various types of jewelry using appropriate techniques and tools.
- Inspects all incoming materials such as metals, gemstones and other components to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards
- Reviews work order materials to check for consistency between the product and customer orders
- Makes the determination on if the product has passed its inspection per the work order materials
- Maintains detailed records of quality control inspections and actions taken for tracking purposes within the company’s tracking system
- Uses established tools required for the role such as microscopes, handheld Dremel, and computer.
- Confirms all work order materials and customer invoices align with the work completed
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
