Employee Spotlight: The Road Warriors

We love hitting the road to attend trade shows all over the nation. Although 2020 took an interesting turn, our team is beyond excited about everything on the horizon. We recently caught up with Stefanie and Ross to get a taste of what’s ahead.

 

Stefanie – Director of Customer Relations

What did you miss about trade shows in 2020?
All of the people!

What do you look forward to in 2021?
Mostly looking forward to reconnecting and meeting the new members.

Tell me how you feel when you return home from a trade show or visiting customers:
I always feel excited and motivated. I learn a lot about the industry and our customers when I travel. It is fun to get back and add the learned lessons to my day to day and share them with the team.

If you had to name one company who your booth could be next to forever, what would it be:
That is a super tricky question for me, but I would have to say a company with tools and equipment.

Where can your customers see you next?
You will see us this March at the Atlanta Jewelry Show.

What did you miss about trade shows in 2020?
Seeing all of my friends at the shows.

What do you look forward to in 2021?
Getting back out there to see everyone I have not kept up with and learn how things have been for them.

Tell me how you feel when you return home from a trade show or visiting customers:
Exhausted, haha. So much of the travel runs together and goes over the weekends. It’s hard to be away from family even though I love going out and seeing my customers and friends. At the end of the day when I get home from the trips, I am just happy to spend a few days with my family and recharge my battery.

If you had to name one company who your booth could be next to forever, what would it be:
Darling Imports. I am great friends with all of the people there and our businesses complement one another. We constantly refer customers back and forth. Plus during the downtime at the shows, it’s nice to have close friends beside you to pass the time.
