For us, the answer is simple.

Over the years, we’ve honed our skills and evolved our business to become one of the most respected jewelry repair and manufacturing companies in the nation. During that time, we’ve forged bonds with some truly incredible partners. That mutual respect has been carefully cultivated through high levels of quality and consistent dependability. Just as major and independent retailers trust our product, we trust them to place that product into the hands of consumers.

From our humble beginnings in Earl Wesdorp’s garage to the nationwide presence we enjoy today, our core principles have never changed. One of those principles is unwavering loyalty. If we opened the door to end consumers now, it could impact all the promises and relationships we’ve made along the way. We do not want to compete with our own customers or take business away from the people who helped get us to where we are today.

Not only would we never risk those friendships, but we also recognize the value in our service. We’ve dialed in our craft over decades of trial and error. Excellence is not easy to come by and we get protective of who it’s shared with. When jewelers offer our products, they do so with pride. In turn, we proudly provide our jewelry to some of the best companies in the world. It’s a symbiotic relationship that we deeply treasure and will continue to do so for many decades to come.

I just wanted to take a minute to express “Much Thanks” to the team of people that take care of me on a daily basis. Alyssa, Stephanie, and Lisa are always on top of things for me. For the last couple of weeks, after I told them that I’m preparing to go on my first vacation in over a year, I’ve noticed that they’ve been working very hard to meet (and usually beat) my deadlines to help ensure that I can vacation worry-free about my jewelry repairs.
