Realistic Renderings via Email
Jewel-Craft has three full-time designers who are exceptionally skilled in working
with our clients, interpreting their ideas, and then designing that special piece
of jewelry in our CAD (Computer Aided Design) program. An incredibly realistic rendering
can be e-mailed directly to you to present to your customer. From that rendering,
you can make changes to suit your customer’s wishes. The CAD program enables us
to produce designs that wax carvers cannot produce. View our gallery of custom design

Advanced Wax Methods
Once the design is approved, we have several technological methods from which we
choose the optimum source to produce the wax for casting, including:
- Revo Mill by Gemvision to mill the design
- Solidscape T66 Rapid Prototype machine to grow waxes
- EnvisionTEC rapid prototype machine to grow waxes

Traditional, Hand-Carving
Jewel-Craft also employs a team of highly skilled wax carvers. No matter how advanced
technology is, there will always be a need for hand-carved waxes. Our most popular
request for hand carving is shadow bands. We examine each design and decide which
method best suits your requirements.
